What Is Jeuveau?
The FDA-approved prescription injectable medication is used to smooth and reduce the appearance of common signs of facial aging such as crow’s feet, frown lines, and horizontal forehead wrinkles. When administered, this highly purified form of botulinum toxin prevents muscles in the treated area from contracting, contributing to a smoother, more relaxed appearance.
The injections usually take between 15 and 30 minutes to administer, and, depending on the patient, the results last anywhere from three to four months.
