2. Consultations & Appointments
All procedures require a prior consultation to determine candidacy. Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that a procedure will be recommended or performed. You are responsible for providing accurate medical information; withholding relevant information may affect your safety and eligibility for treatment.
3. Payments, Financing & Deposits
Fees for consultations, procedures, and treatments are due as agreed at the time of booking or service. We offer third-party financing options (such as Cherry and CareCredit); those applications, approvals, and terms are governed by the respective provider, not by Golden Cosmetic Center. Deposits may be required to secure a surgical date and may be non-refundable as disclosed at booking.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask that you provide advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a fee and may result in forfeiture of any deposit, as communicated to you at the time of scheduling.
5. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or use it to transmit harmful or misleading content.
6. Online Store & Product Purchases
Our online store offers post-surgical recovery products such as compression garments, boards, and supportive accessories. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable Florida sales tax is added to each order, plus a flat shipping fee (free over the posted threshold) with delivery via FedEx — or free pickup at our West Miami clinic. A card processing fee, shown at checkout before you pay, is added to every online order.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment is collected at checkout through Square, our secure payment processor, and orders are confirmed by email; our team will then contact you to coordinate delivery or pickup. We may cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud; if payment has already been collected, it will be refunded in full.
Returns: for hygiene and safety reasons, compression garments and personal-use recovery items are final sale once opened or worn. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us to arrange a return.
Products sold in our store are recovery aids and are not a substitute for medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your surgeon or care team regarding the use of any post-surgical garment or accessory.
